主旨：檢驗醫學部微生物組自114年7月1日起，修正藥物敏感性試驗判讀標準，詳如說明，請 查照。

說明：

一、依據最新版美國臨床實驗室標準(Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute Performance Standards for Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing,CLSI M100 35 th )，微生物組擬變更下列藥物敏感性試驗判讀標準。

二、Acinetobacter spp.之Ampicillin-sulbactam (SAM) 紙錠擴散法判讀標準。

三、Burkholderia cepacia complex判讀標準。
