穿戴式動力手部復健裝置-鏡像手

藉由機器手模組裝置的應用,使用好側手協助控制患側手同步執行動作,經活化大腦鏡像神經元提升患側動作技能的重新學習。

從基本的患側手做出全掌動作開始練起,隨著多次的練習逐漸改善動作執行的品質,進一步可將個別手指動作運用在手部精細操作的任務(如:抓握、手指捏取),以期最終患側手能在各項任務中獨立執行功能性的動作。


▲動作訓練:協助個案使用健側手帶動患側手同步執行雙側動作,如開掌、握拳與個別手指動作,藉充分的練習改善患側手動作控制。

▲任務導向訓練:協助患側手練習實際操作抓握、捏取不同形狀、大小的物品,在不同任務中使用合適的動作模式,優化精細動作的協調。
