- Goal: Focus on wound healing and gradually increase physical activities.
- Adjust body postures all the time to reduce muscle tightness from sitting and lying down for too long after the surgery.
- Walking for 30 minutes (or more) daily.
Precautions
- If any of the followings occur, please stop the exercise: dizziness, chest pain (tightness), low blood sugar (shaking, cold sweats, heartbeat increases, lack of strength, numb lips), stinging pain or discomfort in the wound.
- Do NOT carry heavy objects (20kg and above), twist in high speed or use excessive force.
- Refill calories (energy) prior to and after exercises.
- Working out in fitness centers or using fitness equipments is not recommended.
