在不孕症的診斷與治療的生涯,張訓銘醫師累積20年的豐富臨床經驗,除了幫助2000多對不孕夫妻成功懷孕產子,多次應邀至歐洲、美國、加拿大及中國大陸演講生殖醫學專題;長期致力於生殖醫學之研究,論文發表超過110篇,刊登在著名國際期刊。
