Example: Miss Wang is 160cm tall and weighs 65kg.

- Waist (cm)
Normal range: male < 90 cm, female < 80 cm
- Waist circumference measurement and interpretation method
- Remove the part of clothes that cover the waist, stand easily, with hands drooping naturally.
- Measure the circumference at the navel with a tape measure around the waist. Keep the tape measure level with the ground and close to the skin without pressing.
- Maintain normal breathing and measure waist circumference at the end of exhalation.
- Data are measured to one decimal place in centimeters.
