“Postpartum Confinement Prescription” is customized for you

The three most important periods for women to condition their physique are “menstrual period, postpartum confinement period, and menopause.” In particular, “postpartum confinement period” accounts for the most critical period.

The maternal body will undergo drastic change in the physiological structure and circulation function in order to nurture the fetus as the gestation for babies. Women will become extremely weak in qi and blood after having undergone natural birth or C-section, and therefore they require 30~40 days of confinement period so the maternal body can recovery and restore the previous function.
