Dr. Kuen-Bao Chen is currently president of the Chinese Bu-Xiong Medical Association, and councilor of Taiwan Society of Anesthesiologists and Taiwan Pain Society. Dr. Chen completed his anesthesia training at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou District, in 1991.
He founded the Division of Pain Medicine of China Medical University Hospital in 1994 and served as the first director. He also visited University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey to have training of pain medicine in 1997.
Dr. Chen also went to Boston Children's Hospital, Massachusetts, USA to have training of pediatric cardiac anesthesia in 1998. In 2006, Dr. Chen obtained a master's degree from the Institute of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine of China Medical University. Dr. Chen specializes in cardiothoracic anesthesia, pain management and critical care medicine.
Chwen-Tzuei Chang

Dr.Chang studied for a year at National Taiwan University in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism and another one year at UCLA in the United States. He has served as the Director of the Endocrinology and Metabolism Department and the Deputy Director of the Internal Medicine Department at China Medical University Hospital. Dr. Chang's clinical and research interests include the treatment of diabetes and thyroid diseases, particularly the clinical interpretation of thyroid ultrasound for predicting malignant tumors.
Te-Chun Hsia

Dr. Hsia graduated from China Medical University and completed his residency training at China Medical University hospital. During his fellowship, he received training in respiratory therapy and critical care medicine at Taipei Veterans General Hospital. In 1999, he underwent hyperbaric medicine training at the Zingonia (Bergamo) Hyperbaric Medical Center in Italy. He later served as an attending physician in the Department of Chest at China Medical University hospital. During his tenure as an attending physician, Dr. Hsia obtained a Master's and Ph.D. degree in Medicine from China Medical University. Throughout his service at China Medical University and hospital, he held administrative positions such as Director of the Department of Respiratory Therapy, Coordinator of the Lung Cancer Team and Director of the Respiratory Intensive Care Unit. Currently, he is a professor at China Medical University and serves as the Director of the Intensive Care Medicine Center and Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Medicine at China Medical University Hospital. Dr. Hsia’s research interests primarily focus on global clinical trials of new drugs for lung cancer. In the field of basic medical research, he emphasizes the study of cell signaling pathways in cancer and genetic polymorphisms in respiratory diseases.

Doctor Ping-Chun Li specializes in complicated adult vascular procedures, coronary artery bypass graft, Main artery procedure and support, congenital heart disease procedures, mechanical arm assisted heart surgery and heart transplant. Non pulse coronary artery bypass graft has become the Hospital’s standard operation method. It reduces the patient’s pain and speed up the recovery process as well as the number of days in the hospital’s administration.

Director Chao-Hsiang Chang completed his Urology Specialist training at Taichung Veterans General Hospital and was an attending physician there. He went to Ann Arbor Medical Center, University of Michigan for advanced training. In 1995, he took the position of Director of Department of Urology, Dali Rengai Hospital, and has been working at the Hospital since 2001. He specializes in complication in urinating, and minimally invasive urological procedures (laparoscope and Da Vinci Procedure System), including urinary incontinence and Neurogenic Bladder, bladder prolapse, swelling of prostatomegaly, renal cancer, epidermal cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, director and vice president of Taiwan Urological Association (Central region)
Chi-Rei Yang

Doctor Chi-Rei Yang specializes in: Urology (renal, renal gland, bladder, prostate gland, testicle) tumors, primary retroperitoneal tumor, laparoscopy minimally invasive surgery, mechanical arm surgery etc. Doctor Yang was a research fellow at the Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, USA. He is currently a Director Taiwan Urological Association and Chair of the Urological Tumor Committee.

Doctor Wu-Chou Lin is an authority voice in different types of endoscope and minimally invasive endoscopic procedures, with outstanding performance in treatment of gynecology cancer and pelvis reconstruction. Doctor Lin past experiences include President of Taiwan Association for Minimally Invasive Gynecology. Minimally invasive surgery for gynecology cancer was previously thought to be impossible but with breakthroughs in technology (especially in entometrium cancer procedures) endoscopic procedures have been proven to be just as affective as traditional operating procedures. In addition, Da Vinci System was implemented for minimally invasive procedures for higher accuracy.
