Mao-Tsu Fuh

Director
Dr. Mao-Tsu Fuh is an authority on diabetes. He specializes in health promotion for high-risk groups of diabetes, diabetes-related complications, prevention and treatment of diabetic sexual dysfunction, diagnosis and treatment of high-risk pregnancy with diabetes, prevention and treatment of diabetic foot, hyperlipidemia and hypertension. In recent years, Dr. Fu has actively participated in the work of cloud medical information platform and diabetes joint care network.

Chwen-Tzuei Chang

Consultant
Dr.Chang studied for a year at National Taiwan University in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism and another one year at UCLA in the United States. He has served as the Director of the Endocrinology and Metabolism Department and the Deputy Director of the Internal Medicine Department at China Medical University Hospital. Dr. Chang's clinical and research interests include the treatment of diabetes and thyroid diseases, particularly the clinical interpretation of thyroid ultrasound for predicting malignant tumors.

Rong-Hshing Chen

Attending Physician
Dr. Rong-Hsing Chen serves as Director of Division of Metabolism at China Medical University Hospital. His clinical and research interests are: therapy of diabetes mellitus and pituitary disease and single neucleotide polymorphism of gene in autoimmune thyroid disease.

Tzu-Yuan Wang

Attending Physician
Dr. Tzu-Yuan Wang is a clinical associate professor at China Medical University and currently serves as the director of the Department of Endocrinology at the China Medical University Hospital. His clinical expertise includes diabetes, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal glands, hyperlipidemia, pituitary glands, electrolyte imbalance (hypokalemia, hyponatremia) and endocrine hypertension. He is an expert in endocrine hypertension, especially in the diagnosis and treatment of primary hyperaldosteronism.

Wei-Lun Huang

Attending Physician
Dr. Wei-Lun Huang currently specializes in health promotion for high-risk groups of diabetes, diagnosis and treatment of diabetes-related concurrent systemic diseases (hyperlipidemia, hypertension, hyperuricemia, cardiovascular disease, etc.), remote consultation and health education system for diabetes, and prevention and treatment of goiter and related inflammatory diseases.

Ching-Chung Chang

Adjunt Physician
Dr. Chang Ching-Chung was formerly the attending physician, associate professor, and president of the Endocrinology Society of the Republic of China at the National Taiwan University Hospital. Dr. Chang specializes in a variety of endocrine diseases including thyroid disease, goiter or cancer, parathyroid gland, adrenal gland, pituitary gland, gonadal dysfunction, diabetes, and osteoporosis.

kuo-Chin Huang

Director
Dr. Kuo-Chin Huang is an endocrinologist and has clinical and teaching experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). He is good at integrating the treatment standards and evidence of Western medicine and TCM. He cares about the individual differences of patients and can give detailed and easy-to-understand explanations of the feasibility and pros and cons of various treatment options so that patients can make reasonable choices based on their individual needs.

Yi-Chih Hung

Attending Physician
In terms of diabetes, in addition to participating in the Diabetes Shared Care Program, she also attends seminars and publishes research papers. She earned her Ph.D. from the Graduate Institute of Clinical Medicine in 2021. Besides blood sugar control, she is skilled in managing diabetes-related complications, including hyperlipidemia and hypertension.

Juei-Yu Tseng

Attending Physician
Dr. Juei-Yu Tseng specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, osteoporosis and pituitary diseases. His clinical and research interests include thyroid diseases, radiofrequency ablation of thyroid nodules, and alcohol injection therapy. In November 2024, he studied radiofrequency ablation of thyroid nodules at Asan Medical Center in South Korea.

Yin-Huei Chen

Attending Physician
Dr. Yin-Huei Chen specializes in the treatment of diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis, and other endocrine and metabolic disorders. From 2019 to 2021, Dr. Chen furthered her expertise through advanced training at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in the laboratory of Professor Shlomo Melmed. Her expertise also includes the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases. She is proficient in performing thyroid ultrasound and specializes in minimally invasive thyroid ablation procedures, which effectively reduce thyroid nodules and minimize surgical wounds, significantly improving patients' quality of life. Moreover, Dr. Chen is deeply committed to providing endocrine treatment for transgender individuals, assisting them with gender-affirming hormone therapy.
