Dear Sir and Madam, Hello:
After hospital wound management and health education, we are convinced that you have learned to self-care wounds. In order to allow you to perform wound self-care more correctly at home, we recommend that you prepare the following items:

- Aseptic gauze: 2 x 2 inches / 3 x 3 inches

Dressing precautions for scratched wounds
- The medicine should be changed according to the doctor's instructions. Wash hands before and after dressing change.
- If the old gauze is stuck to the wound, it can be removed by softening with physiological saline.
- If the wound has been treated, keep the wound clean and avoid getting wet or soaked.
- When changing the dressing every day, you should observe the infection or bleeding at the wound.
- The secretion of normal wounds is thin watery, and should be cleaned when changing dressings.
- It is recommended to use 0.9% saline to clean and disinfect the wound and apply antibiotic ointment to prevent infection.
- Wound disinfection should be centered on the wound, using a cotton swab in a concentric manner, disinfected from the inside to the outside, not rubbing back and forth.
- If the following conditions occur, it may be a wound infection. Please return to the hospital immediately to seek medical attention:
- Wounds, redness, heat and pain
- foul odor or pus-like secretions
- fever, chills
- The injured tissue is prone to swelling, which can be iced and raised to reduce swelling.
- Patients are advised to exercise properly, take a protein diet and avoid smoking and irritating diets to promote wound healing and prevent secondary injuries.
Precautions for artificial skin dressing
- Before using the artificial skin, the wound should be cleaned and dried with physiological saline to avoid applying the ointment.
- The artificial skin should cover more than 2.5 cm around the wound.
- After the artificial skin is torn open, try to avoid touching the inside of the sterile surface and pulling.
- The artificial skin absorbs the secretions and forms a soft white translucent colloid.
