Ms. Lai Hsin-Yu, Section chief of Outpatient Service Laboratory ,has many years of experience in hematology, coagulation, and microscopy, and has served as a coordinator for CAP and TAF certifications on multiple occasions. She also has relevant training in ISO laboratory management. Furthermore, she is the medical examiner who signs health examination reports for foreign employees within the ministry upon their entry into the country.

Mr. Su Yang-Di, Section chief of Precision Diagnosis, has been engaged in meristem work for many years and has served as a response personnel for CAP certification, TAF certification and thalassemia gene testing and confirmation institutions on multiple occasions. He has received relevant training in ISO laboratory management and is also qualified to issue test reports for Laboratory Development Testing (LDTS).

Mr. Tsai Jui-Ting, Section chief of Metabolomics and Trace Elements ,been engaged in the development and analysis of trace element methods for many years. He has received relevant training in ISO laboratory management and possesses CAP and TAF certification experience and laboratory planning capabilities. He assisted our institute in obtaining the qualification of a designated institution for specific examination items in occupational physical and health checkups.

Ms. Huang Tzu-Ya, Section chief of Emergency Service Laboratory, has many years of experience in laboratory testing and has repeatedly served as a key contact person for CAP and TAF accreditations. She has also received professional training in ISO laboratory management and is responsible for managing turnaround time monitoring for emergency laboratory testing, ensuring both quality and efficiency.

Dr Chew specializes in minimally invasive neurointerventional treatments for acute ischemic stroke and cerebrovascular diseases, including intracranial and extracranial aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), carotid and vertebral stenting, as well as thyroid embolization and ablation procedures. He is experienced in the interpretation and analysis of medical imaging reports, explanation of contrast media usage, general diagnostic radiology, pediatric head and neck imaging, neuroradiology, and interventional radiology for head and neck disorders. Dr. Chew is also actively involved in the clinical integration and development of AI-based imaging analysis and 3D printing applications in medical imaging.
