So far, the number of cases has increased by 20 to 30 each month in the Bariatric Surgery Department. At present, the number of patients receiving services from our medical team is the highest in central Taiwan, where there are more than 1,500 patients in total, and the number of patients has continued to rise.

 

We are proud of using the high-quality metabolic surgery and care with the case fatality rate equal to 0% and the complication rate <0.1%.

 

Under the leadership of Director Lee Min-Hsien, the Bariatric Surgery Department was certified as the only Weight Loss and Metabolic Surgery Center with high quality n Central Taiwan in 2014 and 2016 respectively.In 2016, the Bariatric Surgery Department also won the SNQ national quality mark and the National Biotechnology Medical Quality Award for its high-quality weight loss surgery.
