Our center leverages the previously established 3D dynamic cell culture technology to initiate the development and execution of exosome-related product research projects. The goal is to establish four major exosome technology platforms:
Gene-Engineered Targeting Platform: This platform involves designing the sequences of proprietary targeting antibodies within the sequences of exosome membrane proteins. This allows for the identification of specific antigens on target cells for future applications.
Exosome Mass Production Platform: Utilizing patented dynamic culture methods, parental cells can effectively increase exosome production by 10 to 300 times. The expression levels of surface membrane proteins are also significantly enhanced, providing high-quality and high-quantity exosome carriers.
Exosome Purification and Analysis Platform: This platform establishes exosome purification processes and analytical methods to efficiently select high-purity exosomes with proprietary targeting antibodies. It also develops independent analytical methods to establish a comprehensive CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) technical foundation.
Drug Loading Platform: This flexible platform allows the loading of small molecule drugs or nucleic acid drugs (such as miRNA). It is designed to achieve the desired therapeutic effect with low drug dosages, potentially becoming a highly effective anti-cancer tool for patients, offering significant potential and commercial opportunities.
