• Please wait till your number is up to enter your assigned area.
• Only 1 family member or next of kin may accompany you during your visit. Others should be waiting at the waiting hall.
• Please informed the doctor/nurse in-charge if your care partner must leave temporarily.
• If your condition changes or gets worse, please tell someone at the triage station or nursing station.
• We are not responsible for patient and visitor belongings (including national health insurance card). Keep your valuables with you at all times, or pass your valuables to a friend or family member for safe keeping.
• Please lower your voice during your stay.
• Using medication that are not prescribed by our doctor or practicing medicine without our doctor’s permission is forbidden.
• Alcohol and narcotics are banned during your ED visit.
• Smoking, chewing betel nut, and bringing pet are prohibited on hospital ground.
• You may experience a wait time during your ED visit. Please be patient.
