Lie prone with your arms on both sides of your head and your legs shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees to the ground and raise your hips so that your thighs are to your calves and your chest should be as close to the floor as possible. It should be practiced on an empty stomach in the morning and evening, lasting 5-10 minutes each time. If you feel frequent and uncomfortable uterine contractions while practicing, it is advised to stop and rest first.
