• Product: Zithromax Powder for Oral Suspension
• Chinese name: 日舒 懸液用粉
• Content: Each c.c. contains 40 mg of Azithromycin, with 15 c.c. per bottle.
• Target: A broad-spectrum antibiotic used in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections including bronchitis and pneumonia, skin and soft tissue infections, otitis media, and upper respiratory tract infections.

Usage and dosage

• Once a day. The dosage varies according to the age and weight of the child. Please follow the doctor’s prescription and the directions on the medical zipper bags. If stomach discomfort occurs, please take it with food. Azithromycin can be taken with food or on an empty stomach.

Drug storage

• The prepared suspension can be stored at room temperature below 30 ℃ for 5 days.
• Moisture or high temperature may affect the color of the prepared solution.
• Please keep it out of the reach of children.

Possible adverse reactions

• Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, indigestion, flatulence, diarrhea, rash, urticaria.
• Headache, palpitations, chest pain, rapid heartbeat, dizziness, blurred vision, drug allergy.

Special medication instructions

• Preparation method: Tap the medicine bottle to loosen the powder in the bottle. Add 9 c.c. cold boiled water into the medicine bottle with a syringe, shake and dissolve the powder thoroughly, and then make a liquid of 15 c.c. After adding the water, keep it at room temperature for 5 days. Please use the dosing device (labeled 200mg) enclosed in the medicine box to facilitate your withdrawal.
• After preparation, shake well before each use, and then pour out the required dosage. If more than one bottle of medicine is retrieved at the same time, prepare for a new bottle to be used up and then prepare another.
• Please follow the doctor's instructions to take adequate dosage and complete the whole course of treatment. Do not stop or change the dosage without consent, so as to avoid the problem of bacterial resistance.
