Currently, Dr. Kuan-Cheng Chang is serving as the Director of Cardiovascular Medicine and a Professor of Medicine at the esteemed China Medical University Hospital in Taichung, Taiwan. Dr. Zhou Xiangtai is a medical doctor from Japan's National Kobe University. He used to be a physician of cardiology of Taipei Veterans General Hospital and a fellow of cardiology of the University of California, San Francisco. Awarded the American College of Cardiology.
