Po-Ren Hsueh

Superintendent, Center for Laboratory Medicine
Dr. Hsu, Po-Jen graduated from the Post-Baccalaureate Medical Program at National Taiwan University. He currently serves as the Director of the Center for Laboratory Medicine, Director of the Department of Laboratory Medicine, and Attending Physician in the Division of Infectious Diseases, Department of Internal Medicine, at China Medical University Hospital. His clinical expertise includes the management of fevers of unknown origin, tuberculosis and non-tuberculous mycobacterial infections, fungal infections, and emerging viral infections. He also has extensive research experience in clinical microbiology, infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance mechanisms and surveillance, and molecular epidemiology.

Chiung-Tzu Hsiao

Deputy Director
Deputy Director Hsiao Chiong-Tzu graduated from the Master’s Program, Department of Medical Laboratory Science and Biotechnology, China Medical University. She is currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Department of Laboratory Medicine at China Medical University Hospital.

Tien Ni

Deputy Director
Deputy Director Tian Ni graduated from the Doctoral Program, Institute of Veterinary Medicine, National Chung Hsing University. She currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Department of Laboratory Medicine at China Medical University Hospital and is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Laboratory Science and Biotechnology at China Medical University. Externally, she serves as an expert in the Laboratory Biosafety Talent Pool at the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control, an Executive Director of the Taiwan Wound Healing Society, and also assists the Directorate of Labor Inspection in labor health check audits, as well as serving as a reserve technical expert for the National Accreditation Foundation.

Hsiu-Chin Lu

Technical Director
Technical Director Lu, Hsiu-Chin earned her Doctoral Degree from the Graduate Institute of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Chung Shan Medical University. She has over 30 years of clinical practice experience and currently serves as a CAP-LAP evaluator. She focuses on educational activities, including teaching medical technology interns, clinical medical students, and hospital trainee personnel, and serves as a member of the Medical Education Committee in the Education Department.

HUI-JU CHANG

Chief Medical Technologist
Chief Medical Technologist Chang Hui-Ju has many years of experience in emergency laboratory testing and quality assurance administration. She has participated in multiple CAP and TAF certifications and has also assisted with hospital accreditation and JCI accreditation matters. She is responsible for all matters related to laboratory quality management.

Hui Ju Lin

Chief Medical Technologist
Chief Medical Technologist Lin Hui-Ju graduated from the Master’s Program, College of Life Sciences, National Chung Hsing University. She is currently serving as the Chief Medical Technologist in the Department of Laboratory Medicine at China Medical University Hospital.

Hsiu-Hsien Lin

Section Chief
Ms. Lin Hsiu-Hsien, Section chief of Microbiology ,engaged in microbial group related operations for many years, and has led the group to pass many CAP certifications and TAF certifications. She also has knowledge of infection control and has a certificate of infection controllers to assist in the investigation of infectious infections and biosecurity. The ability to manage is also responsible for the management of biosafety throughout the hospital.

Tsai-Hsiu Lin

Section Chief
Ms. Lin Tsai-Hsiu, Section chief of Quality Assurance, Education and Administration, has been engaged in the related work of the sub-sector for many years, leading the whole group to pass the National Health Service to assess the genetic anemia genetic testing and confirmation institution and multiple CAP certification and TAF certification. She also has the medical diagnostic specialist and molecular of the Chinese Medical Inspection Society. Pathology Society is divided into professional medical examiner qualifications.

Jiunu-An Lin

Section Chief
Mr. Lin Jiunu-An, Section Chief of Blood Bank, has been engaged in blood bank operations for many years. He led the team to pass HIMSS Stage 7 certification, holds a medical laboratory technician certificate in the field of blood banking and a radiation safety certificate, and is also an officer of the blood transfusion committee, responsible for the management of blood transfusions throughout the hospital.

Hsin-Yu Lai

Section Chief
Ms. Lai Hsin-Yu, Section chief of Outpatient Service Laboratory ,has many years of experience in hematology, coagulation, and microscopy, and has served as a coordinator for CAP and TAF certifications on multiple occasions. She also has relevant training in ISO laboratory management. Furthermore, she is the medical examiner who signs health examination reports for foreign employees within the ministry upon their entry into the country.
